Design-Build

The Design-Build construction delivery is gaining steam, and Diffenbaugh is ahead of the curve. Having completed a multitude of Design-Build projects over the last decade for various clients, Diffenbaugh specializes in the ability to team with the architect and consultants early on in the project to ensure the project runs smoothly, is finished on time, and within budget.

Construction Management

As a Construction Manager, Diffenbaugh is able to assist the client during the design process to make sure their visions and requirements are met by the architectural and engineering team. The Construction Manager also coordinates project bids from subcontractors and can help you select the “best value” subcontractor, not just the lowest bidder. Throughout the project, your Construction Manager will coordinate with agencies, consultants and subcontractors to guarantee a successful project.

Preconstruction Services

Our Preconstruction services will not only get your project off on the right foot, but will help you meet your operational, financial and aesthetic goals for the entire project. Diffenbaugh will assist the project team in the development of plans, specifications and budgets. Value-added preconstruction services include: design evaluation, value engineering, surveys, budgeting, phasing and scheduling. Diffenbaugh also has the capability to develop and utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) or 3-D modeling for structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination, which allows for conflict detection before construction commences.

Special Projects

Often owners and clients have specialized construction needs that are of a small to medium value including tenant improvements, renovations, and small ground-up construction. Diffenbaugh has established a Special Projects team that understands the unique requirements of these projects and can meet the important needs of our clients. With our extensive, value-added preconstruction services and self-performing concrete skills, we are able to efficiently service these demanding, small jobs while keeping costs to a minimum.

Diffenbaugh embraces and incorporates new construction industry technologies, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling).
